Responsibilities:
Proposals
- To prepare proposals under the direction of the Senior Engineer/ PMO Manager
- To work as part of the commercial team interfacing with the functional areas and the client
- To support the requirements and improvement of the Business Operating system
Project Management
- To assist the assigned project manager with the execution of one or more simultaneous projects in accordance with a valid, executed contract, per company policies and procedures and work instructions for customized and standardized projects.
- To assist in recording and monitoring the project costs including raising invoices, agreeing variations in scope of services and monitoring third party costs.
- To support on-going projects under the direction of the Project Manager, with accurate information/ data for project reviews and revised views to completion

- Degree in Mechanical / Automotive engineering
- Minimum 6 months of Automotive/ Engineering experience
- Some exposure to project planning is essential with Project management techniques
- Standard MS office applications and MS Project
- Self starter able to work on own initiative
- Very good problem solving skills and logical approach
- Good team player who can lead effectively when required
- Willing to work additional hours as and when required. Willing to travel short term if required
